The easiest answer is . . . . as soon as possible.
Whether you want to book us for a wedding, anniversary, corporate event or a fundraiser, our bookings are on a first come, first served basis. The type of events and days and times that our Mirror Me Photo Booths are booked for vary drastically. We’ve had corporate events scheduled on Wednesday afternoons, weddings on Thursdays and fundraisers on Sunday mornings. Our schedules are as eclectic as our clients and their events. (Which we treasure!)
Often times, we find that when we are at an event, the majority of guests have never seen our Mirror Me Photo Booth or experienced what it is capable of. More often than not we are approached by a guest or two inquiring about our services and availability. Being set up at a wedding has lead to us being at a fundraiser the following week and a corporate event two weeks later. Luckily, at the time, we were available to accommodate those last minute events.
Although you may want to wait until your date gets closer, that is never advised and may be risky. You’ll find that it may be worth it to take the plunge, dive right in, and place a deposit to book your date so you don’t miss out!
